What a great audience dress last night for The Cover of Life! There are only seven in my cast, so we had a relatively small turn out. But that didn’t stop my cast from giving all they had. The audience loved them! At intermission, many said they were taken in by the story from the beginning and couldn’t wait for Act II! Read More

I play Sybil Cliffert, who is one of my favorite roles I’ve ever played because of her complexity. When we first meet Sybil, she may seem a little one-dimensional, like a little bit of a stereotype, but I think Robinson chooses to present her that way on purpose.
Cast is really doing well. Running complete show without stopping and no line prompts. My cast is amazing and performed beyond my expectations. The Cover of Life is a true story of southern women during the WW2 period. In honor of the real “Tood”, Ollie Marzelle Fife, we’ve added a cute Jitterbug that Tood and Tommy do to the tune of Glenn Miller’s “In the Mood”. Still perfecting it but it’s coming along really well. They are really cute together! Come see what you think.
